Shipping & returns

Once your items have been produced (1-2 weeks), you will then receive a conformation email with your tracking details attached. 

Estimated delivery times once posted are:

UK 1st class - next day
UK 2nd class - 2-4 days
EU tracked - 3-5 days
ROW tracked - 4-7 days

FREE international shipping when you spend over £150, with the code INTERNATIONAL.

 

Please be aware of current UK Royal mail strikes when waiting for your order to arrive.

Please Note: All orders are shipped from the UK meaning you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Import fees vary country to country, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for international delivery.

 

 

Exchanges

All item are eligible for exchange if you’re unhappy or the item does not fit properly. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs so please check sizing before you buy. 

 

Refunds

Refunds can be made on Hats and t-shirts within 20 days of you receiving your order, however it is exchange only on all other items as they are made to order specifically for you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs so please check sizing before you buy. 

 

Problem with your order?

Hopefully this will never happen, but just incase are sent a wrong item or the wrong size, just send me, Sakara an email at sunshinelving_@outlook.com with your problem, and I will sort it out for you right away. Sunshine Living will cover the postage costs if your item is wrong. 

 

I haven’t received my order?

Once your order is complete and posted out, you will receive an email with tracking details attached. These can sometimes end up in your junk/ spam folder so check there first, and then email me if you’re still unable to find it. I will then do my best to help you track and find out where your order has gotten to.
