Where is my order?

All items at Sunshine Living are made to order so we have a production time of 1-2 weeks. Once your order has been made and posted you will receive a conformation email with tracking details attached. 

Estimated delivery times once posted are:

UK 1st class - next day
UK 2nd class - 2-4 days
EU tracked - 3-5 days 
ROW tracked - 4-7 days 

Please be aware of current UK Royal mail strikes when waiting for your order to arrive.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders must be cancelled within the first 24 hours to receive a full refund. After 24hours the item/ fabrics would have bee ordered and processed. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Sunshine Living ships internationally. 
UK shipping - FREE
International shipping is FREE over £120
Under £120 international shipping is between £15-25 dependant on country. 

 

I haven’t received my tracking number, how can I get an update on where my order is?

 Simply send me an email at sunshineliving_@outlook.com, or DM over on instagram, at @sunshineliving__ and I will let you know the status of your order, and resend you your tracking code if needed. 

 

How can I return my order?

Most of the Sunshine Living items are exchange only as they are made to order, but t-shirts and hats are refundable. Refunds and exchanges can be made up to 20 days after you receive the order, and must be returned the same condition you received them. 

You are responsible for your return shipping costs if anything is sent back, and I will handle all the refunds. If anything does not fit, please send me a message and we can swap the sizes, and get the correct one sent to you asap.
